Data we process

CAIAC processes the information you choose to send by email, LinkedIn or Google Forms: professional contact details, organization, tools used, needs and reason for contacting us.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used to respond to your request, assess an early access application or scope a guided project. Processing is based on your decision to contact us and CAIAC's legitimate interest in managing its professional relationships.

Google Forms and data transfers

The form is provided by Google. Opening it makes Google's terms and privacy policy applicable; processing may take place outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards implemented by that provider.

Recipients and retention

Data is accessible to the people responsible for handling CAIAC requests and to the technical providers needed for that purpose. It is retained as long as necessary to handle the request and follow up on the relationship, then deleted when no longer needed or on request where permitted by law.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, or object to processing, by writing to contact@caiac.net. You may also refer the matter to the competent supervisory authority.
